Matthew Mashikian, Dr. Eng.

Dr. Mashikian is the founder of IMCORP.  He is presently its Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).   Born in 1933, Dr. Mashikian obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, and a Doctor of Engineering degree from the University of Detroit. Dr. Mashikian worked 5 years for ASEA (now ABB) first as a sales engineer and, later, as an applications engineer for lightning arresters. He worked 16 years for Detroit Edison Company where he assumed the position of Supervising Engineer in the Engineering Research Department, and 4 years as an independent consultant. From 1983 until his retirement in 1997, he was Professor of Electrical Engineering and Director of the Electrical Insulation Research Center at the University of Connecticut.  Dr. Mashikian is a Life Fellow of IEEE, a member of the Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering, a Past Chairman of the Insulated Conductors Committee of IEEE/PES, a past chairman of the Education Committee of IEEE/DEIS, a past industry advisor to EPRI, and a past member of CIGRE WG 15-6. He holds a dozen patents and has published extensively on cables, dielectrics, diagnostic systems and electric vehicles.


Bruce Broussard, CSE

Bruce is currently the President and Chief Operations Officer of IMCORP. He joined IMCORP as Vice President of Operations, North America in April of 2006. Prior to joining IMCORP, Bruce spent 24 years with Eaton Corporation’s Electrical Group. Bruce obtained his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Louisiana State University in 1982. He is a graduate of the Syracuse Graduate School of Sales and Marketing Management program and served on the Syracuse University Graduate School of Sales and Marketing Management Board of Trustees from 2000 to 2003. Bruce obtained his Certified Sales Executive status through the Sales and Marketing Executives International organization in 1994. In 1995, Bruce was recognized as the International Sales and Marketing Executive of the Year by Sales and Marketing Executives International.
